Heather, I am right there with you. I have all my supplies backed up on DVD, but I know I have 3,000 non-DD items that I don't think I've touched in the past two years. So I may follow your inspiration and whittle things down to a more manageable catalog.

the blogging seems to just be a waste of time. I don't share much there and I upload my layouts everywhere anyway, so i just don't see the point anymore. I just feel the need to keep simplifying my life, kwim?

I SO know what you mean, I have a blog, but have never been very good about keeping it updated-I upload my pages here for the most part and really only a couple of other pages on a couple of other sites-every time I think I will branch out, I end up just settling back down here! I like the style of the designers-the postiive mood of the site (snippy just isnt allowed) and the people here-so why bother with more?

I did that about a year ago.....just more room for all my DD stash. I seem to be a very loyal person and my loyalities are here. DD is such a friendly and supportive site....who could ask for anything more!!!

Oh my goodness, you guys are so inspiring. We're having a much needed thunderstorm here - perfect weather for purging. I know what I'll be doing all afternoon!

And you all are so right about the atmosphere here at DD. As I read posts and search through the galleries, I learn so much. And even though I'm usually in awe of what others are doing, I always come away encouraged in my own creative identity, anxious to grow, and capable of doing something new. This is truly an inspiring, uplifting community.

Thank you all for everything you share!

Tami
