Default Randy Rocks
We all know there are a million reasons to love Designer Digitals, but Randy just seriously upped the list!!!
When my computer crashed this summer, I discovered that Mozy had not backed up everything. The worst loss of all was my entire DD brushes folder.
Randy just reset my downloads (no easy thing to do; I have 170 orders going back to September of 2006)!
My brushes are now happily back where they belong.

I ask you, what other online store would go to this extent to be this helpful??!!
