first off, let me tell you i LOVE my AC 8x8 binders.
but the page protectors are sooooooo floppy. so i am thinking that maybe, MAYBE i can just do without them altogether. if i DID, this would be the plan. tape pages back to back and then punch holes in them to hold in albums. i am just tired of the plastic, kwim?. i could back the pages with cardstock to tell more stories or use a few more printed pictures? maybe i am just trying to reinvent them wheel. ugh. maybe i just need my foot to hurry up and heal so i can get back to my life LOLOLOL.would love to know what you think. good or bad idea? |

I put a piece of cardstock in the middle too
I can't live without the plastic... if I got rid of the plastic I would trade it for sticky oily finger prints :P

I print my pages onto thick photo paper and just pop them into the 8x8. I don't find them floppy! But I do rather dislike the reflective nature of the plastic. Perhaps if I bought more expensive albums that would not be a problem. I don't use AC albums, I use Grant Archival which are post albums rather than ring binders. I don't know if that makes a difference.
