This week I picked this wonderful 2-pager by Linda (earlofoxford). I love how she has expressed the connection we all feel in this DD family. What better way to start a favorites thread than with a layout full of favorites! I love it! ETA: As you may have noticed, I broke my own rule with this pick. It was in my favorites from LAST week, and I didn't even notice. I've been lost in my marathon of creating a 50th anniversary book, so I just suppose my brain is fried! LOL . . . It's STILL my favorite of what *I* consider this week. LOL   I look forward to seeing YOUR favorites!!

I love that spread by Linda!!
I am woefully behind in the gallery, but I did get to peek in there long enough earlier in the week to notice these two stunners: "Matching Suits" by LoriS I love the colors, the design, everything!  and "eat'n" by Laura Grimes I love how she used the Stomp goodies and those beautiful pics with the template and how stinkin CUTE is Levi?!  I'm hope to see everyone else's faves so I can see what I've been missing this last week!

I love this page by Janet1949. The photo conveys such passion and I love how she used Anna's brushes in a diagonal line.

My favorites this week included Laura's "Eat'n" (posted by Kathleen).
I also love Esther_a's "2 Years"...  And Fiona's (Applechick) "Merry Christmas" (oh to be so organised as to have made your christmas card already) I might just have to lift this card idea. Its fantastic!

I had a few favourites this past week. This photobook cover by Denise is probably one of the best covers I've ever seen, I just want to sit down and get comfy and look inside.
 And living by the adage that simple is best, I think GoingtotheSun's "Capturing Yellowstone" speaks volumes. The most magic of photographs, the perfect background, the ideal font choice and that very faint postmark, which is there but it doesn't distract, and that lovely lifted shadow work, all make for a gorgeous page. I think restraint can somehow be a hard map to follow, but this works brilliantly.

This page, "Journeys With Mom" by 'goingtothesun' was so beautiful and caught my eye this week. I love that she and her mom share this love of travel together. Loved this page!!!

Oh my, two of my pages in this thread. WOW! Thank you, Carollee and Donna for honoring my work. It's a great compliment coming from such talented folks. With a long day of project work ahead of me, you've made my morning!
I had a LOT of favorites this week. Here's one that I just couldn't stop looking at, Marnie's page for the recent Art Journal Challenge: Art Journal There's so many wonderful details in this page and I love all the color. The mix of illustrated found art is brilliant too - so creative!

Esther, Thanks so much for posting my layout here! What a great way to start off this week!
Here is one of my favorites from the week (just posted yesterday) by Kayleigh. Love the grid pattern and the butterflies and how each one is displayed just a bit differently--yet similarly. Very cool. Love how the title is partly off the page.  And the gorgeous colors in this page by akpatterson are just delicious! And I have to admit that I love that she used this template.

I chose Adryane's Japanese Tea Garden for two reasons: The beautiful simplicity of the design so reflective of the Tea Garden in SF's Golden Gate Park and the memories it brings me having spent so much time there myself.
