no, sorry, we wish paypal didn't exist. they don't follow banking laws and their fees are too high. we will not be adding paypal as an option to our store. sorry.

What about an option of saving credit card info to the site? (Would probably be very dangerous for me though!)

You can actually setup your browser to do that BUT we do not recommend that at all.

We are fully PCI compliant (the only one in the digital market) for security, etc. To store CC info would take it to another level and cost for us and cannot be justified.

I believe it's more secure when the credit card info isn't stored. Don't worry, you'll remember it by heart very soon.

I appreciate that you are so concerned about security. It's one of the reasons why I like to shop here. I've never been comfortable with having my credit card number stored by online stores.

Not for a while. Winter / Spring. Waiting on an PCI required mod to be finished by the software manufacturer.

I don't like to have my CC number stored on any site either. I love that Randy and Katie are such security minded business owners . . . TY!

For Mac users, there is a program I LOVE for my credit card info and passwords to websites. It is 1Password. My stepson is an IT guy and he recommended it to me. I LOVE IT. It autofills all my information for me that I have chosen to save to it. And the program itself won't open without a password. So that is the only password I have to remember. ;-) The deciding factor for me was when my son-in-law was over and told me to shop, do whatever that he had a new hacker program to try. After a few he told me all the keystrokes I had used, and that included my credit card info. So, now no one gets my keystrokes with an autofill. ;-) I think the program was $30, but money well spent IMHO. It also works with an iPhone....now THAT is dangerous. . . to my budget!!

I have autofill with my Norton security. Similar to what Kathie has you just have to remember the one password for it and it autofill's, saves me from having to go get my credit card (although not sure that's a good thing...) it will also remember your user name and password for a specific site which I find very convenient.

Could you ask him if there's one for PC users that's secure? I have no idea about these things.

If a hacker sees your keystrokes, won't he also see the password you use for the program that remember passwords? Or does it have some kind of secure logon that keeps anyone from seeing what you type?

I love how secure the shop is here. It's now a year since I memorised my credit card number, that would be from the last Christmas in July event when I was typing it in each day.

It's really handy now that I'm not even sure where my card is stored, only trouble is, I pretty much only use it here so when my bill comes in it's pretty obvious how much I've spent here lol.

Perhaps if anyone has concerns with using a credit card, that you maybe can get a debit card for purposes such as shopping on the net. Just have $50 in it at any one time perhaps, so if the worst happened and a site was unsecure and hackers got into your debit card, the worst they could do is $50 damage.

The way I understand it, the keystrokes are used to then go wherever they want and use your copied info to do what they want. He didn't access my actual computer, just used my strokes to glean what he needed to spend my money from his computer. ;-) And with my internet locked down, I am not really worried about that so much, unless I am out and using someone else's public internet. (And then the cure is just not to do banking and spending while on public wifi.) But I really like the program and knowing I don't have to memorize all the logins and credit cards. . . and can shop while I am out!

If you have a bank account, you can shop. You dont need a credit card. I use a CBA debit mastercard. You only have to ask your bank for one, no extra costs or anything. Just a small international transaction fee. Paypal is not the "be all and end all" of internet transactions.
