Yes, Lori - it's kind of like paper dolls (which I loved as a child). Good thing DD offers so many great choices!!!

Has anyone ever bought the same item twice because you hadn't used it yet and forgot you already had it?! I did this with two items yesterday...felt guilty for a moment for wasting money...but now I'll sure remember I have those items!

I have too much as well and can't use all the things I'd like...I call it a high class problem and hope all problems are of that nature!

I think many of us have "re-purchased" items Chris. I try to do a quick search in Bridge if I have any doubts. I think this means I have a "problem" ...

I was thinking the same thing. I have been doing this for a couple of months and I think I am well stocked with supplies until I sit down to create something and my page just needs something else. Of course I don't have that something else so it's off to the shop. The best or maybe it's the worst part, is they are open 24/7. Nothing like instant gratification.

To me it's like my library. I had a friend who said....oh, no. You don't have to READ every book you have on your shelf. Just having them in your presence can transmit some of the ideas. So. That plus my own experience that when I need a book it jumps out to me...sometimes even falling off the shelf in my way!!

Same with my digital supplies. The joy and treat of discover inside my own alternate brain.. my macbookpro...

You know how creative people worry that if they do their own psychotherapy they will lose the pain that makes them create?? I worry that when ACDSee for Mac is FINALLY ready and I get all my stuff tagged....I will lose the search and receive treats.

But not enough to NOT use it!! HAHAHAHAHA

I'm loving all of these comments! And glad to know I'm not alone in this

This morning I thought to myself: it's kinda like the clothes in my closet; some I wear, some I don't. I love them all but if I haven't worn them in 2 years, out they must go!

On second thought, I'm keeping all of my dang digi supplies! They don't shrink, fade or collect dust; nor do they balk if I gain weight. So there!

Randy and Katie are real sweethearts. I am sure they will give you credit for those items if you find the previous order #. Just contact them. I believe the new system will have a function that will prevent double orders. Won't that be wonderful!!!!

OMG mymalloryboys, I am the same way, I would buy paper in 2's or 3's always for a 2 page spread and would hate to use it. Now, since I never scrap the traditional way, I have so many supplies, and wouldn't mind giving them away, but I could never part with all my paper.

Digital is so much neater than taking over the entire dining room table, and cheaper in the long run.

I'm always simultaneously thrilled and appalled when I happen upon a digi supply in my stash that I've completely forgotten about. And just for fun, I tallied up my paper supplies the other day (needless to say, there are SO many I haven't used yet) . . . whoa. DD-anonymous anyone? I'll definitely be a charter member! : )

Well, I'm personally challenging you to get a layout posted in your gallery here. I'm giving you one week.

kathleen.summers, I thought you were kidding that you were waiting for a LO to be posted by DonnaNJ, so I figured I'd check out her gallery - and your're right - nothing there. I have to admit, DonnaNJ, I have at least a dozen started but not finished, as well, so I know how it can be.

I stop by your gallery all the time, Donna, just to see if you have posted anything yet! Please don't make it to 5,000 before posting...
