Crissy's "Remember" page really caught my eye this week. I love the way the black frames work with those great photos, and using the little photo of the empty stairs is a great way to reinforce the "saying goodbye" part of her journaling. It's a very cool page.

Loved Adryane's Three Poppies. What gorgeous art, I would love that on the wall of my kitchen (as I said to Adryane, it would be the perfect excuse to then buy a red kitchenaid! LOL)



And Merr gave me such a big lump in my throat with Her Little Boy. Oh so true. When the parent becomes the child, I'm even starting to tear up thinking about it now. Gorgeous, stunning work Merr and treated with such reverance.

I'm a big fan of Kelly's (mugsbigsis) work, and I love her page about home. It reminds me of the counted cross stitch samplers that I love so much.

I love Grads 2010 from "scullen" . . . it is so vibrant and the photos are so happy & colorful!

Many of the above were in my faves file this week. I loved Adryane's 3 Poppies and her art journal, both posted above! I really admire Amson's art and will add--My Blue Teapot --so exotic, love the featured teapot in the circle, and perfect use of Katie's free papers!

Last week's gallery postings CLOBBERED my Favorites folder. I waited to post hoping that a good number of them would be listed already ... and they were. But here are two I loved that haven't been posted yet:

Amy's (aka mymalloryboys) LO, "M'm! M'm! Good!" just grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. LOVED the clever twist on the Campbell's slogan for her son's name, and the "patriotic" color scheme was a standout in the gallery.



I was enchanted by Deborah Wagner's "Faces in the Window". I can so vividly imagine the emotional "good bye" that came after seeing and interacting with those children. And her LO carries it off sooooo well. Hauntingly beautiful LO!

I can't believe what a treat it is to visit this thread....once again, you're showing me gems I'd missed last week. My thanks to Carolee and Ang66 for mentioning my pages....it's an honor to be included this awesome line up.

My favorites folder is filling up with pages from Carol's gift book for her DH. This one is noteworthy for the story as well as the excellent design of the page. WTG Carol!
