You might want to try and add them to your photo, something like I did here with the magic flare:

try changing blending modes on the layer that contains the foto glow only, over top of a photo or a paper you like. or put them behind a photo. these sorts of things can do magic when you just mess around with them. remember: no rules! good luck.

Anna's got a few that are similar in LOs in her gallery where she has them peaking out from behind photos. I think she must have some similar masks in her Artplay kits too - Find My Way, Mermaids and Sting, and Bite ValueSet. I've played with her flairs, and like Whatnext said, you can do so much with them - just have a play!
