Default Printing using Scrapping Simply

Based on the positive experiences I have heard on this forum I'm going to try printing with scrapping simply. I'm wondering what your experiences have been and any advice you might have regarding trimming, glossy vs matte and them adjusting for brightness, contrast and sharpness?
Thanks!

I have loved my prints from SS. Before I found them I used scrapbookpictures because the quality was the best I could find. I was a little hesitant at first to try SS but I am glad I did because the quality was spot on and the price was cheaper than SBP. I upload my files to the scapping simply site as 12x12 since that is what I scrap in then I just order my prints in 8x8. That's it! No other steps for me and I love my prints. I do order matte prints but that is just personal preference.

I love them. I haven't experienced them cutting anything off my pages. I love matte... but I always got matte photos too. I don't do anything special before printing besides running an unsharp action I created.

I've also had a really good experience with SS. I didn't make any adjustments for cropping and got glossy prints. Would absolutely use them again. (Actually, during their last sale I stocked up on print credits!)

The one time I used them the colors were dark. Probably just my screen brightness. May try tweaking this and try them again.

I have also ordered from them and was pleased. I didn't do anything special to my files and ordered the matte finish.

i'm expecting a shipment from them any day now. i like them very much. i get 12x12s, matte, and i tell them to do NOTHING with the color, just leave it as is. i've never been surprised, disappointed or horrified when i open my package. i like 'em!
