I was away part of last week and have pages and pages of the gallery to catch up on, but I put this gorgeous page by Kathie (kathie02) in my favorites folder. It's also from Pattie's Digital Techniques for Art Journaling class at Debbie Hodge's Get It Scrapped site. I love the scene Kathie created, the great colors, and the subtle effects.

OK, I'm being blown away by the beautiful layouts I'm seeing in this thread many of which I am seeing for the first time! I'm off to leave some comments and get back with my own favorite to post.

Sorry...I'm having a hard time figuring out how to do this! I can't seem to get the large images like others have to show up...only a dinky little thumbnail. When I tried using the linking instructions I found at the top of the thread....I just got the text! Oh well, I like this page!!

Thank you so much for including one of the pages I'm making for my daughter's album in this week's favorites thread! I admit I'm having a great deal of fun trying to recall events of 27 years ago and pairing them with pretty bad photos. So it was especially fun for me to see that this page caught your eye. There's so many great layouts in the gallery, it's really an honor to be included! Thank you!

I'm back with a favorite of my own. It's a gem by Debbie Hodge. Several people, including me, commented about the energy and fun captured in those photos. Great timing to get the group together while they enjoy colorful flavors of popsicles. The next thing I noticed was Debbie's impeccable layering under the photos. Love a scrapbook page like this.

My immediate thought for sharing on this thread were two pages I've loved this week -- one is cderousseau's birthday page . . . . that Cassie shared in the first post. Love it.

And Pure Happiness - Digital Scrapbooking Ideas - DesignerDigitals by musgsbigsis/Kelly--- I keep going back and looking at it. At the frames and the layers and the brushwork and the composition. i LOVE the embellishment cluster. It inspired my pages all weekend long. It's SO appealing. And how did I miss those Homestead Accents by Jesse before?

thank you so much for mentioning my page here; so exciting to be captured here. Funny, I never even considered this as a "heritage" page, but it most definitely is.

Something about this one by AllynD just really caught me, maybe the wonderful color scheme, or just the sheer simplicity.
