Default So Much Good Stuff

So much good stuff happening here at DD! Oh, my!

PageKraft: WriteTrue and Click (you know how I love to write), All About Me Challenge, Hybrid Scrapbooking, Friday Flickr Favrites, Saturday Scraplift, Just My Type (it's back!) and now the Getting to Know You segment. It's all on the wonderful DD blog!

I so wish I could scrap for these challenges. I have a gift album to finish for my MIL's birthday. 5 pages to go and I'm done! Then, I'll be brimming with excitement to join in the fun!

Great inspiration DD!

I agree, so much fun around!
Too bad that every day has only 24 hours ...

I totally agree! I was just wishing my maid I don't have would show up to do my chores so I could scrap all day. And since she's going to be here anyway, she could help the kids with homework tonight, make a healthy dinner, and maybe after all that she can sit and scrap with me!

I agree Gabi!
I need more time to scrap - I have to convince myself that sleeping is completely overrated, lol!

What a riot. I can daydream all day about having a maid. I have to get seriously serious about cleaning my house today and tomorrow. I've just been walking past all the accumulating junk, dust, and piles of kitsch. But I'd rather scrap!!!

I guess I need to live by "work hard, play hard." I feel guilty playing hard when I haven't done the work.

LOL, Rebecca! When your maid is finished at your house, could you send her over to mine?

Doesn't it feel like everything is just jumping here at DD? I love all the new challenges, and like you, Denise, I wish I had time to scrap every single one of them. How I would love 48 hours in every day!

Sure, I'll send her over. I've heard she does great work. The best in the business!

Rebecca: I suppose the quote I used on my last layout can be re-written: "Nobody will ever, when they're about to die, be thinking 'I wish I had used more time on housework instead of digital scrapbooking'."

Now, THAT is one noteworthy quote! All the new challenges are so much fun and I know we ALL wish we had that maid (I need an office worker, too, to do my job!) so we could scrap all day!

I love that version of the quote, too!

Yeah, could use a maid, but wouldn't have anyone doing my work! I work as a computer technology teacher, and get to teach Photoshop, Flash and making websites in Dreamweaver... We make blogs, photo gallerys, you name it. And I'm throwing in some digital scrapbooking when we're in Photoshop, too! Another great thing about it: I get Photoshop for free.

I really need to take that quote to heart, as I'm mentally listing the chores to be done in my head. Love all of the challenges going on here.
