Color Me Happy?

Can someone tell me what the Color Me Happy buttons are about? I noticed a lot of people have them in their signatures on threads and I was wondering what it is that they are all promoting? I love the patterns on them. They would make wonderful papers.

They are the Creative team members blinkies I think your talking about. I believe that Cassie Jones made them for the creative team, but I could be wrong. Someone will let me know if I am. They are very pretty. I often stop and watch them change colour.
