Gallery Links? Randy?

I've been wanting to ask this for a long time...
When someone comments on a photo or adds to a thread, there is a link to their gallery.
However, if I'm just wanting to see someone's gallery, to link to it from a page they've posted, I have to click on their profile, then click on "photos" which leads me to a different view of their gallery (most recent, random, most popular). I might not even see the page I'm looking for.
I'd really like to have the same gallery link from a person's uploaded page as from a comment or thread post. Do you know what I mean?
Am I missing something?

Look at their photo to the left of their layout description. YOu'll see a little group of layered photos (kind of looks like a box). Click on it and see what appears

I knew it, but I often click on the wrong one and see that weird summary version of their gallery. I wonder why that feature is there at all!!
