What is that for?

It's a cute little diecutting machine that tradi scrapbookers can use to cut shapes. Very compact; nowhere near as big in the market as the Cricket.

Oh, I meant in photoshop LOL But then I saw that whatever it is, doesn't look like something I'd need to use. Unfortunately, editing your post doesn't let your edited title show up in the forum topics.

The slice tool is used for web graphics to cut a large graphic into small sections so that it can quickly be assembled on a web page.
