Default Desktop and Laptop Photoshop

I've been using my desktop (iMac) for a while running CS3 and while it works like a dream except for the fact that I completely and totally hog the computer from my husband. He bought me a laptop for my birthday (methinks to wrangle some computer time away from me! )
I would like the ability to scrap on both computers. What do I do about photoshop? I don't think I'm allowed to install photoshop on both computers but I really don't know. Any suggestions?

I have CS4 on both a desktop and laptop...it works fine. Looks like the link Shirley found indicates this is legal as well. Enjoy your new laptop!!

OMG you guys totally made my day. I had Photoshop 7 and at the time you could only install it on one machine. Thanks!

I just installed the CS3 that is on my laptop onto my iMac. The mac store did it for me, but I don't think they had any problems.

Adobe allows you to load PS on two computers....I have it on both my desktop and my laptop, along with Lightroom as well. If you have your pictures and product on an EHD it will be easy to switch back and forth as well!! I mainly scrap on my desktop because I like the big moniter and my eyes are getting old...lol!!

Kathie thanks so much that was definitely going to be the next question! Do you use Time Capsule?
