Default Realistic Extraction of Furry Friends

I thought this tip was genius...how to keep the soft furryness of animals or add realism to extractions of hair with an easy step (wacom tablet not necessary by the way!):

Thanks for sharing this, I gave up trying to extract buddy years ago....I just may have to give this a try!!

Oh I saw that just recently too, I'm yet to give it a go. They make it look so easy and it looks so realistic too.

WOW! What an awesome tip!! My hair always looks flat in our Christmas card photo we DH does an extraction. Now I know what to do!

Thanks so much for the great tip, Sarah. Very timely, as I used it on a recent layout (click here, if you'd like to see it.) You're right--you don't need a wacom to do this. I did all of the work with a mouse, but may I say in regards to that--ugh! Now I'm off to post in the "All I Want for Christmas" thread...
