Digital Template - 7x9

I got the free CK 7x9 Shutterfly coupon in my email today and would like to make a quick album for my parents. I would like to get some type of template so it will not take a ton of time. Can I just resize other templates? (never worked with a template before). Or anyone know where to get a 7x9 templates?

i am actually using this template right now:

for a wedding shower album. i'm just tweaking the quotes a bit to fit the occasion. it is a perfect quick album.

I just got that book in the mail & TOTALLY LOVE the soft cover + the 7x9 size! It turned out great & would recommend that book to anyone. Can't wait to give it as gifts this Christmas - the great grandparents will love it! So happy to hear there are more coming too Katie.
