Default can't access site for sale

I'm not really sure where else to post this, as the contact page will not load. I've been working on my purchase for the sale - picking way to much, then editing my shopping cart - and at about 12 am central time, I was no longer able to access the following areas; supplies, specials, my personal info, contact page, and any individual product info. I don't know if it is a site traffic issue. I know on my end, I have checked my connect time on other high traffic sites, and am having no trouble accessing those sites.

I'm very disappointed, as I missed the last sale, and had waited until my house had shut down tonight so I could think about my purchases. I will try to get up early in the morning before the 6 am est deadline to see if this has cleared up, but I wanted it somewhere on record that there was an issue accessing the last few hours of your sale. Again, I'm sorry to post this here and not in a private email, but as I said, the contact page is one of the areas of your site that is not loading. Hopefully this will clear up and I can make a purchase before the sale ends.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm able to access everything at this time. Have you tried clearing your cache or resetting your browser, logging off/on, restarting system? I'm not much help, but the others are likely sleeping. The fact that you've posted this here will let them see that you were trying to complete your purchases on time.

Just hang on until morning, and I'm sure you'll hear from the site owner.

The specials are still up. Have you had any success yet? Some of those areas you mention vanish if you are logged out. I can't imagine why supplies and specials would vanish, though!

Default Same problem!

I'm having the exact same problem! After nearly 5 hours of wading through product pages, I made too many selections and tried to edit my cart. Now I can't get either the supplies or specials pages to load.

I've tried restarting my machine and everything!

Very frustrating... and I'm too tired at 3 am to keep trying...

Thank you to those who took the time to give suggestions. And while I hate this happened to someone else, I'm also glad I wasn't alone. I was beginning to think I was crazy. The suggestions made usually work in a variety of situations, but sadly did not work here. This is a great site though, and I'm confident that my concerns will be addressed in a timely and satisfactory way.

Question Help....anyone....

Hello there!
I have had this same problem happen to me frequently over the past few years. Fortunately it is not during a great sale and a fast approaching deadline. But is is happening right now during the Christmas in July sale.

What I have noticed is that it happens when I add things to my shopping cart and then go back to delete these items from My Wishlist. It does not matter if I delete them one item at a time or a bunch in one swoop.

I am not willing to shut down my system that has other programs running or web sites up that I need to access just to go shopping. It is very frustrating.

This post was the only area I was able to access in order to ask for help. The contact page, shopping and many other pages will not load and this was the only thing I could find.

I hope there is someone out there who can provide a bit of insite so I can continue shopping and maybe figure out why this happens and maybe prevent it from happening again.

Anyone able to help? I know there are some great creative minds out there and the site owners have always been FANTABULOUS.

Pleas help...I need shopping therapy!!!!

Thanks
Sandry

Most likely causes:

?The website has a programming error.

It really sounds like you need to start your browser and clear the cache.
