Katie's Drop Shadow Question

I'm trying to decide between Katies' drop shadow action set and drop shadow styles set. Could anyone describe the differences between these two products. There are 6 drop shadows in the action set and 13 drop shadows in the style sets. Does the 13 settings in style set include those 6 drop shadow settings in action set?

If anyone can show examples on the setting difference between these 2 products, that would be great!

I have both... but I find myself using the styles more because I like where they sit on my menu and I can get to them easier IMO.

I'm sure somebody will come along with a more technical answer but my vote is styles =)
