Default Addiction

We always talk about being addicted to DD goodies, so let me share what I witnessed today.

A lady in front of me at my favorite Diet Coke store, bought $20.00 worth of Lottery Tickets with the phrase , "oh, might as well spend it all".

I thought that it would probably take her 5 to 10 minutes max to rub off the tickets - for $20.00!

If I bought $20.00 (should I say when?) of DD products, especially during the quarterly sale, I can play for days and days and produce a lifetime of memories at the same time.

A way better deal - a way better addiction!

LOL . . . Denise and I think alike. What if that scratch off were $500,000?? Of course, the odds for fun are much better at DD.

I debate with myself whether to just blow a big wad and buy everything I really want at once from the store, or keep on the way I have been, buying a few things each week. It is so much fun looking through the store and imagining how I would use a product.

I think if I bought too much at once ( the "oh well, might as well spend it all attitude") that I would probably end up overwhelmed with possibilities - better to accumulate slowly.

Two things that are ALWAYS worth the money to me: digi supplies and coffee when I really need it! : )

Wonderful way to think about it! I was just thinking about spending money on these what seem to be virtual goodies, but I am now going to think about them the way you do!

Hey Valerie, they are only virtual until you have them on paper, right
I could never see blowing good money like that when you can get good digi supply for it

I have only ever bought one lottery ticket. phtttt. I like to spend my money on useful things, and digital goodies are darn useful in my book. I prefer the couple of things at a time so I can conceive of how to use them. However, during the quarterly sales, my couple is a bigger number than usual. How could it not be?? ;-)

There are definitely worse things to be spending money on! Family memories are priceless, right!
