Thumbs up Show Us Your Favorites!! (09/21/09)

THE FAVORITES THREAD IS FOR LAYOUTS POSTED LAST WEEK. PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE PAGES POSTED AFTER SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH.

Please show us pages that use DesignerDigitals products and provide a link (click here to learn more) . . . so we can see the details of the page in the gallery.

This page by Sarah (shhbabymine) really caught my eye this week. Her children are all so beautiful, and this page of her oldest is just breathtaking. I also love all the blending and the use of that alpha in such a striking yet subtle way.

I look forward to seeing YOUR favorites!!

This layout by michelle, Love her cute design and the colours are PERFECT.

Love this layout by Susie. The photo is adorable and I love what she did down the side with the animals.

I loved that page too Cassie - great choice!!

Now, I had the honour of being scraplifted by the very talented Scrapping Family (Janet & co) - and I think Janet took my page and made it SO MUCH BETTER. Just loved this one:

I also fell in love with the design, photo and elements of Mollie's page:

I really like how Chrissy (kikimama) blended the photos of her daughter and husband into the background. The concept of the page is a great one -- to list things we're thankful for. And it's purple -- love it!

I can NOT believe how many pages are posted here that I have NOT seen! Where have I been this past week???

Here is one by Drnike that I think is just adorable. I love how the pink is just perfect and just the right amount with just the right font for just the cutest pup. :O)

This Is Ironman by Katrina has probably the coolest sports photo I've seen EVER! The red, white & navy combo just makes this LO totally pop & her brother is going to have such a treasure when this album is finished!

and capture-the-moment1 by Nath has inspired me to look through my elements folder again at some oldies but really good goodies

This is such a fun thread to view. I am always amazed that I miss some great layouts every week.

I put this layout for the iTunes challenge in my favs. It's by Artmidget. The photos of the birthday girl are so sweet. The layers of circles that frame the middle photo are so effective and I love the flourishes on both sides of the numeral, 15.

Susie, Thank you so much for mentioning my page...what an honor it is to be mentioned. You totally made my night. I cannot tell you how many favorites I add to my file a day...so much talent here. Aino is so incredibly creative...my jaw always drops when I pull up her pages. I want to print them out and send them as cards to everybody I know. This is one of my favorites.

Good luck and don't feel like an idiot because we all felt that way when we were first figuring out how this works.

I know the instructions for doing this is somewhere, can someone point me to the lin th that gives the instructions for using the moutain symbol and the hyperlink.

Ok I think I got it now

I'm going to try this again. Big "THANK YOU" to Merrilee and Susie for walking me through this. I really appreciate it!

Here is the page I referred to earlier by Aino. Her creativity is simply amazing.
