Oh Heather you must play with one!! The brushes are fantastic to add another element to papers, or to tuck behind photos, The masks are fun to play with on photos AND papers. There is so much goodness for any style!

I did a search in the gallery "art play pallette" and it brings up a list of every layout tha credits that... (i hope that made sense, lol)

Click on some of them and see how other people use them. That might also help you figure out which one to buy first
Good Luck!

whats your 'normal' page set up?
A photo in a katie frame?
then do that - or what ever you do as per always kinda thing- and add the art play on top. behind, next to.
Its just so much fun.

They're called "artplay" for a reason: PLAY. You'll be surprised at what comes out when you let yourself experiment.

You know what? Even if you use one of Anna's pages as is for a background you will already have a beautiful work of art! Go for it! You will use the different parts of Anna's kits over and over again.

eta: I feel that way about all of the designer's kits here at DD. I'm always using the parts of their kits and the templates over and over.

the nice thing about them is that a lot of the backgrounds are great just the way they are! All you have to do is add a picture (maybe on a mask), some of her embellishments and you are done! (unless you discover how fun it is to play with the stuff )

I am so intimidated by Anna's artsy stuff. I love it, I have some of it, but mostly I look at it and think, I just don't know what to do with it!

Recently I have used one of her templates as background on a layout, filling in the circles and changing the background page color.
