This is what it says after I log in regarding free photobook.

I received the coupon and tried to enter the promo code in the order and it wouldn't work. After two emails they requested that I send them a forward of the original email before hey would honor the coupon. They then said it was limited to "special event" books only. They said they were having computer problems.
Dunno. I haven't tried to enter the promo again, hope it works

I entered mine and it didnt work-after working ALL day on this book, I copied and pasted it into a customer service email to them and will see what they say!

When I got my email, I logged on and tried to enter the code, but it didint work. But when I actually went to my account and my special offers, it was automatically there. And it shows up in a Blue box along the side like the other offers like the % off and free shipping.
