Default what is your most favorite thing in the shoppe?

Hi girls

I'm quite new here at DD and would like to do some shopping. I have few goodies from Ali Edwards and I would like to get to know work from other designers as well. What is your favorite item(s) from the shoppe you can't create without?
Thank you in advance and I'm looking forward to see all those goodies

I am loving all the newest papers from Michelle Martin... especially the solids. Colbie Solids, Carissa Solids, Esryn Solids...... etc.! And the worn page edges from Lynn Grieveson are fun to use. Any of the stitching by Anna. And I can't seem to compete a page without using the flossy stitch from "Lil Bit Tags" by Katie! :-)

This is going to be one of my first purchases - my 6 year old son is in love with cowboys and insists that he will be one when he grows up -- so this is a must for his layouts:

Then there is this -- I love the colors and the texture. It will be great for my boys!

In addition to what has already been mentioned, Anna's Passionaire kit, Anna's FotoBlendz, and Patti's StapleIts!

There are several threads like this.... so you should have a look and see what has been said before.

But let me repeat myself......

- Any of Katie's frames and her kraft papers are superb (see I said that before Katrina came around to mention it! LOL!)
- Any brush by Katie or Anna..... any brush actually, no matter whose.

- Anna's stitches and monoblend series are an absolute must-have.

- Lynne's worn - anything.

- I love Mindy's kits and Jesse's papers are also wonderful.

- Not to forget Patty's felt anything and her "fasten its" and brad bonanza are a definite must-have!

Should I continue?

I'm pretty partial to templates myself, and we have a wealth of them from which to choose in the store.

This series by Katie:
Whimsy Words
Lynn's worn edges:
Worn Edges
I think everyone should have Katie's flossy stitches in EVERY colour!
Flossy Stitches
Any of Anna's distressing brushes (my favourite is this one):
Distressed ToolSet No. 03 BrushSet - Photoshop Brushes DesignerDigitals
All of Cassie's easy to follow tutorials are very handy to have!

So many wonderful suggestions have been made. I find myself using some items all the time:
- Mono Blenz Papers, Anna Aspnes
- Naturally Krafty Paper, Katie Pertiet
- Worn Page Edges, Lynn Grieveson
also:
- any of Mindy's Floral Brushes
- any of Katie's Aged Alphas
- any of Katie's Frames

Good luck choosing - there are so many great things in the store. You can't go wrong!

To get started with a set of basics that you will use over and over, I suggest

like Aino said, stitches by Anna Aspnes
fasteners by Pattie Knox
Look for staples-its, for example
brushes by Katie Pertiet (there are so many; you must browse through them)

cluster photo frames by Katie
Postage Frame Photo Clusters No. 01
basic background papers by Lynn Grieveson or Jesse Edwards
Battered Pastels
Clean and Serene Paper Pack no. 01

Browsing in the store and collecting is one of the fun aspects of this hobby! Enjoy!

Oh, and, I also look at layouts I admire in the gallery and study their supply lists for ideas.

Katies frames:

Any of Katie's Kraft papers, gorgeous
Cabana White paper from Katie, love this
Katie's Lil Bit Tags, they are great to add a word or date
And this stamped alpha, I can't tell you how many times I've used it : Messy Stamped Alphabet No. 02 Brushes and Stamps - Digital Scrapbooking
Any of Anna's stitches, they add a dimension to the page
Pattie's staples, the most realistic I've ever seen

So many more, but I keep coming back to these.

My favorite stuff changes all the time.
Right now I'm loving Katie's template sets and anything she creates with birds!!
Also can't live without Pattie's staples and fasteners and her felt cuties.

Right now I am loving all of Katie's genealogy stuff. Her Book of Memories template set is so easy to work with and so versatile. I love anything vintage and with a little grunge for age look.

Well, just about everything makes me drool! Lately some of my all-time faves are:

Pattie Knox's DIY acrylic alphabets, brads (Brad Bonanza), and staples (Staple Its)

Katie Pertiet's Alandia kits (all of them are so beautiful!) and her Mon Petit Ballon Bleu paper pack, her Loosely Labeled Dates, her hanging tags, many of her brushes (there are a ton).

Lynn Grieveson's Worn Strips (ALL OF THEM!) & Breezy Hearts and her French Summer Kit

Anna Aspnes stitchings (Stitched by Anna White #1, #2, Circles #1, etc.)

There are so many more. I don't mean to "dis" any designer by NOT mentioning their things and I truly own LOTS of products by all of the fab ladies here! These are the ones that are making it onto my pages a lot lately and this does of course change with time & seasons & etc.

Like many other ladies I eagerly await the time when new products are posted! And I do also look at other layouts and find things I like there.

Happy shopping! This is such an amazing place!

I was just going through my "stash" and find way too many products I've bought and I love, and many that I've only used a little - if at all yet,
so this has been a good thread to remind me not to study so much and play with my goodies and knowledge more!
I love Katie's frames and notebook edges, and her aged and messed up papers are to die for. Her template books, such as this one are fun to use:
Made to Remember Layered Template Book

Lynn's worn edges and her wonderful kits that remind me of times gone by when we were all together as a family at the lake or shore:
Pelican Lake Kit

Island Blues Kit

I love Pattie's feltie's at Christmas and her Hang Its!

Everything Anna Aspnes does is tempting to buy - her arty papers and stitches, but this latest one stands out:
UpcycledART Paperie No. 02

You have to get this in time for Christmas by Mindy Terasawa Christmas Dreams Kit

Ali Edwards has some wonderful templates and her word art is always perfect for the occasion! Photography Word Art
I know I've missed a lot but that will be another post or thread.
