Question Can Digital Kits & Elements be made using PSE?

I have some ideas for digital kits and elements but I only have PSE. Is it possible to make digital kits and elements with this program or do I have to have CS? I want them to be of good quality like all the designers here make.

I have been on the hunt for specific kits/elements and not been successful finding exactly what I want and was thinking that maybe I should just make my own but if I'm going to go to that much time & effort I'm thinking maybe I should try to sell them.

Thanks for any help!

I think Katie uses Illustrator to make many of her products. I've learned how to do some cool things by taking Pattie's classes at Get it Scrapped. Those may help you decide whether you want to design or let the guys here do it.

Pattie's classes are all done with PSE so I'm thinking Yes. :O)

Also, if you're looking for something in particular, you can make a request of the very talented, wonderful designers here.
They are so good about fulfilling our needs

Yes, you can create your own things with PSE. I have done papers quite a bit. And a few other embellie's. I can't create my own text paths with PSE, it's suppose to be easy peasy with CS. Have fun creating

You can photograph textures (bark, concrete, fabric) and make papers with them by adding the texture to a solid colored layer. You can obtain an image by extracting it from a photo or from clipart or by scanning or by simplifying a text layer. You can use that image as an embellishment (add a bevel or shadow, clip some paper to it) or run an action on it (PSE has a bunch - including WOW plastic which is great for making your own acrylic elements) or convert the image to a brush. etc, etc, etc.
All of these take a little time. It is a good way to include other real mementos on your page other than as photos.
