Default Why not 10x10?

Sometimes 8x8 seems too small and 12x12 seems too big... seems like 10x10 would be such a cool size for a Shutterfly book! Anyone else ever thought that? Maybe if enough people expressed interest, they'd offer that size as well

I think you're right . . . I can't decide what size to print my Ireland book, and this seems like the perfect compromise!

10x10 does sound like a good size-I think viovio makes that size, of course I haven't ever ordered from them, but... maybe other printers will offer it too-at some point.

10x10 would be a good size... kinda the happy medium between the two.

And it should fit on a bookshelf a lot better than 12x12.

hey, good idea! Maybe we should all let Shutterfly know we'd be interested in that size.

I think that is a great size---you can fit a little more on a page than with an 8X8, but it's not as ginormous and unwieldy as the 12X12. I often think that the 12X12 became so popular amongst paper scrappers due to the popular 4X6 print size, you know, you could trim just a little and cram 6 photos on a page. Now that we can resize our pictures to any size we need, that necessity has become moot.

I think viovio offers that size, or maybe 10.5X10.5, but I'm not interested in going back to them just for a particular size. I'd love to see Shutterfly offer 10X10, and I wonder if the small adjustment in savings would help their market even more.

How much pull does Katie have over there?

Shutterfly is so fast in a response-here it is
"As of this time, that size of book is not yet available on our website. We might add it in the future but we don't have an exact timeframe for that."

wish they would offer that - prefer it over the 12/12 a lot - would like to keep all my books from shutterfly but have a few that i may have to go elsewhere to get in the 10x10.

I did an 10 x 8 book on Blurb for a friend and thought to myself when it came-I sure would like an 10 x 10 format for my Shutterfly books. Maybe we can convince them!

That is a GREAT size... in fact my DH told me that there was 10x10 albums (old style), 'cause he have them, but it wasn't printed books like "Shutterfly" or with clear sleeves... I wish somebody would start make them again !!!

I was thinking maybe we could do a petition or something like that. Should we all just send emails?
