Talking Got my new iMac...yipee!!!
Well, I've been debating with myself for weeks now about buying a new Mac — so yesterday I persuaded my DH to accompany me to the Apple store and I just did it — and to make it even sweeter, he put it on HIS credit card!

It's not out the box yet, I've been tidying the house so that I have a space worthy of the magnificent 24" monitor... how sad is that!! Won't take it out of the box until the house is 'Mac worthy' I also got another EHD and last night spent ages backing up photographs etc to both EHDs and giving this Mac a bit of a clear out before it goes to it's new home in my DD's room. I'm sooo excited...going to download the 30 day trial version of CS4 and give it a whirl!
Just had to share.....

I feel your excitement here! Hurry and clean up and start creating..can't wait to see what you make now with that great big screen and shiny new laptop! Especially sweet since your DH is paying for it! How cool! I bet your mojo will be working overtime!!

I dream of a large monitor for creating. I love my MacBook but it has a pretty small screen. I can't wait to see more of your awesome creations, Fiona!

That's Awesome! You are going to love your new 24" Mac. That's what I have and wouldn't go back. Hey, your not alone with getting your home Mac ready first before setting it up. I did the same thing ENJOY!
