So question!? I have notice some folks have scrapped Flickr photos that are not their own, is this cool or a major faux paux? Curious!

Flickr has various Creative Commons Licensing levels. Just check the levels and ask the owner if you aren't certain. I've let a few people use photos they've requested even thought they weren't set at a shared level.
