Default news from the wacom front

after setting out to learn the Wacom from the video on Kelby Training, I decided to upgrade to the Intuous 4. It arrived from Amazon today and I took the course with Corey Baker at Kelby and immediately decided to send it back and upgrade to the medium model. Yes, I am kind of gadget mad, but the medium size tablet has these incredibly cool LED indicators for exactly what you've programmed the xpress keys to--and they change automatically from app to app. So if you're thinking of getting a wacom and can possibly talk yourself into thinking you can afford the medium size one (I can talk myself into just about anything when it comes to upgrading technology), my tip is to skp the small and go for medium.

The best news is that I'm already used to the pen on this one after just a morning's playing with it. Something I could never do with my previous Wacom. So if you're like me and think you can't get the hang of this pen, you might try the newer model. And you might be hooked. I think I am.
