Default Having an issue with time?? Help

I'm am having an ongiong issue with working out what time the chat is going to be in my time zone. My current time is 10:31 am. my calendar says that the chat will beging at 1pm - my time.
I missed 1/2 of Cassies chat earlier in the month cause it actually started at 12:00 my time.
Can someone please post your current EST and how long till the chat starts??.

Have you checked your date/time options?

Click on User CP in the upper right.
Click on Edit Options.
Scroll down to Date & Time Options and set it to automatically detect DST.

I'm on the east coast, and it's 8:49 pm. The chat is in one hour and 10 minutes! Hope you make it!

Thank you Kerry. Thats what I thought!

Cassie - I have changed all those settings repeatedly, but it doesnt change the time of the chat (in my time - that appears under Randy's userid when you click on the chat in the calendar). I've even had Randy look too and he set it at DST correction off. I'm at a loss. Thanks for your help though!

I have the same problem. Doesn't matter what I change. I always check by logging out and comparing the chat time to the current time then. So I can see how much longer it will be that way.

Thats a great idea. I never though to do that.

I thought this afternoon that I should check with you and see if you had the same problem
