Question Please Help with shutterfly colors

I have been uploading hundreds of photos to Shutterfly for printing. I edit all of them in photoshop before uploading. Sometimes I open the file from the RAW format, and sometimes I just open the jpg version if it looks decent (my DSLR is set to save each picture as RAW and jpg). Either way, I edit the photo until I like it, then save them all with the same settings (I usually write an action to save and close each file to make it easier and so everything has the same settings). However, I have noticed that when I upload to shutterfly, the ones that were edited from the RAW files are significantly desaturated, but the ones that I opened as jpgs look just like they did in Photoshop. Here are some pictures to show you. Here is the edited Raw file as seen in PS:

Raw file as seen uploaded to Shutterfly:

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the raw files to upload correctly? This is getting frustrating since I usually like the images so much better when they are edited from the RAW version. And this has happened before to me and they have been printed looking just as they appear on Shutterfly. Help?!?!
Thanks,
Amy

I'm sorry that I can't be of any help, but I just had to comment to say that picture is absolutely adorable!!! I hope someone here can give you the help that you need.

Sorry, not sure either. Only suggestion I would have would be to check that both the raw & jpeg versions are being saved with the same color profile (sRGB or Adobe RGB, etc).

I don't know if you are still having trouble, but if so, use Photoshop (or whatever imaging program you prefer) to change the color profile of your image to standard instead of Adobe RGB. That should fix your problem.
