Default Help with reshaping elements?

Hi everyone....I was just hoping someone might be able to tell me how to reshape elements....like the stitching holes brushes-n-stamps in this layout by Kirsty?
I'm using PSE 5 and I know how to make text go around that shape but I can't figure it out for stiting holes. Is there a tutorial on this technique that I didn't see in the store?

Heidi- Im gonna guess she used these

But I know there is a way to do, with brushes and paths...not necessarily "reshaping" the current one though.... HTH!

ETA: Just looked at her description and she did say she reshaped?! Maybe she will chime in with her secrets !!!!

Hi, Heidi -

You would have to use the elements Bailey linked to. You can do something like this in Photoshop, but not PSE.

I used these:

I honestly can't remember if I just cut and pasted individual ones to make the shape I needed, or whether I used a path (and a single stitching hole as a brush to stroke it with)

Ahhh...the drawbacks to PSE! Well I guess I'll just use those brushes & do it the long way...I was just hoping there was some easier short cut I could take...lol.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Heidi, Way don't you make a text box with the shape you want and then just use dots (period key) in your text all the way around.
