Jennifer, I have had that error before both from here and other sites and both times it was because my internet connection was interrupted during the download and the entire zip file wasn't downloaded completely.
You don't have to have constant connectivity issues, just a slight interruption during a download will do it, and you probably wouldn't even notice your service was interrupted. I would try deleting the file, rebooting the computer and and downloading the file again, but to a different location on your computer. You would think that just downloading the file again would correct the problem, but most ISP's are lazy and when you go to download again they automatically retrieve the same information even if it's incomplete in order to save a few cents worth of bandwidth or something. At least, that was my experience and both times it worked for me... hope it's that simple for you! |

exactly what christine said. that can happen, even here! if there's interference on your line when downloading or if connection is interrupted. I would re-download and see if the problem presists! HTH!
