Avatar Trouble
I saw that it was change your picture avatar day. I made it 150x150 at 72 dpi and it is only 6 KB. It shows on my user CP page as my current Avatar. I have the 'use custom avatar' checked and yet it is not showing up when I respond to any layouts in the gallery.
Any ideas what I can do to fix this? I've had one in the past and it was erased some time ago for some reason and I never thought to fix it until I saw the thread posted today. Since I spend most of my time here I thought it only right to show my face and stop hiding. Thanks for the help.

Im not sure...but mine works here and not in the gallery either. I tried to press the refresh button but stillnothing. Nice to meet you!!

Seems like there is issues with avatars showing up in the gallery after a change. I need to dig into the problem to get it fixed and will do so over the next few day or so.

No- its not because of your MAC- there are 2 places to change your avatar.
One for the Gallery and one for everything else, go to USER CP- Under edit profile picture set your avatar. then go down to edit avatar, for some reason if they are not both set, you won't see you new avatar in the gallery.

i have the exact same prob. i wrote to Randy and he said it seemed to be taking a few days for the avatars to show up in the gallery. except now it's been a few days and it STILL isnt there. i'm at a loss to tell you how to fix it. it seems completely illogical. but HI anyhow!
