Default what font is this?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone knows what font this is? It's so cute, and I feel like I see it everywhere, but I just can't figure it out!

Thanks!

It's Wendy medium but I'm not sure where you can get it. It's a commercial one so it will cost you

Just spent my "disposable moments" ...you know, like disposable cash...spend like you WANT to..chasing Wendy med font. Read the site Tara but can't get any of the links to work for Wendy. Font addiction is wacko, for me anyway!! If anyone actually finds it, please post a link here. Thanks.

I know it's not the same but there is a similar one called CAC Pinafore. It's a lot cheaper than $35, free at dafont: http://www.dafont.com/cac-pinafore.font

I shouldn't say it's free, since it doesn't specify on dafont, but it is there and it is pretty close to the other one.

Wendy's medium was a free download link on the link Tara provided. You just have to go down almost to the very end, there is a post by a "nikki" in September I think it was, and that is an active link.

The odd thing is that I dl'ed CACPinafore and then also the Wendy from that link at the bottom of the page. When I try to open the file that I dl'ed as Wendy, Fontbook opens CACPinafore. What can this mean?

Lynn, I just tried to load the font Wendy that I downloaded and it won't add itself to my fontbook, even tho I see the downloaded TTF in my files. I came back to delete my post, cuz I figure maybe (I am not an in the know person, so just a guess) that something is wrong with the file? Looks like CAC Pinafore will have to suffice for us freebie addicts.

Yes, Kathie, I think there is something wrong with the font file. It just won't load for me either-- that's why Fontbook just opened to the last font I loaded. (I am on a Mac)

But this did get me looking at some more fonts on dafont.com and maybe I will make my layouts a little more interesting....

Hi Guys, I just loaded that font and when I went and looked for it, it came up as CAC Pinafore. So someone out there has called it Wendy Medium but it's actually CAC Pinafore.

Tara
