Silly question about Kraft paper...

We all know how much everyone loves Katie's Naturally Krafty papers. I have all of them

Here's my silly question...

When you do a layout with a "typical" kraft background, which paper from which kit do you usually use? For some reason, I can never figure out which to use. It sounds ridiculous, but I find it very confusing.

either ledger kraft -the plain one number 9, or one from naturally krafty. Its a matter of personal taste tho

I'm a bit partial to krafty summer "plain" and naturally krafty no. 1 "choc" or "desert sage" but then there also is Krafty Christmas "plain" which is nice too!
