Default amazingly touching

If you are of the sappy persuasion, this will probably make you cry!
This showcases so well, not only the importance of photography, but the recording of our memories.

Right on the mark for me. Yesterday my sisters were planning my father's funeral. Today he is up at the table eating lunch. He's a cat. We're on about 8 lives so far, as I figure. He turns 90 on Thursday.

Did it take an incredibly long time to load? I haven't been able to get past the initial photo.

Thank you Kim . . . this was wonderful. The insight, the photography, the strength of the writer (the son), the poient journaling, I am awed by it all.

While eating lunch with several friends today; one of them shared that her relative said last week, "I never knew that it might be so hard this side of heaven". {sigh}

Tracy, just use the scroll wheel to scroll down to the next image or move the mouse to the left to see the gallery thumbnails. It's a different sort of gallery page design.
I am blown away at the tenderness, insight and honesty of the photos and journaling. How wonderful!

This man could have been writing about my FIL. He will be 96 on his next birthday, was very good looking, says naughty things he never did before. I need to take my camera to take some photos of him the next time we are there.Very touching story.
