The drop shadow STYLES or actions? Assuming you mean styles:

C:\Program Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Locale\ en-US\Photo
Creations\Layer Styles

All of my systems run Windows XP ... but I believe this is the correct path for Vista.

As to brushes...I just keep mine in their own directories (with the kits they came in) and load as needed. You really don't want to keep a large number of brushes loaded in PS or PSE as it affects performance.

Hope this helps!

I have Vista 64 and although Pattie's directory for the styles is correct, I had a very hard time finding it! For some reason it never showed up in the list of directories (and I couldn't figure out how to show hidden files if that is even possible in Vista) so, I did a file search on Wow Plastic (another style) and it found the path for me. I did a right click and chose "Open File Location". Then I pasted Katie's drop shadows in that directory. I had to close and open PSE 6 twice before they showed up and when they did, I could only see them in "Show All" of the Style menu, but at least they are there and I can use them.

If anyone else has any tips on how to get the shadows to show up in their own menu I would love to know how!
