Default resizing layouts for iPhone?

There was an article in the June/July 2008 issue of Digital Scrapbooking magazine that had instructions on how to resize layouts to be viewed on an iPhone. I'd love to be able to do that, but I can't find that issue and I couldn't find a link to that particular article on the DSM site.

If anyone has a link to the article or has time to type up the instructions for me, I would be forever grateful.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Kelly!

I have that issue in front of me and it doesn't give specific instructions beyond to say that the iPhone screen matches the same aspect ratio of a 4x6 photo, which is 2:3. The technical specs of the phone, however, say that the screen is 480-by-320-pixel resolution at 163 ppi. Hope this helps!

I have a special folder in my digi scrap that is just for DD sized layouts and I dropped it into my iphone and it's perfect. They look gorgeous. So I would suggest DD's guide lines.

Hey, Tracy -

I can't find my copy of the magazine, and now they've pulled all of the online versions off the web (I'M SO MAD!!!!). Does the article mention size ratio for a Blackberry?

Thanks!
LeAnn

Hi LeAnn!

There's nothing in the article about Blackberry's but if you Google "aspect ratio" and "Blackberry" you get that the Storm is 4:3. If you have something else, add that to the Google search and you'll most likely get results.

HTH!
