Okay, this is it . . . the last favorites thread of 2008.

I thought this would be a great time to pick your favorite layout of the entire year and post it for all to see. (Okay, I know the favorites were lost in August, but let's pretend you still have everything from '08 and your favorite just happened to fall between August and December. )

I know, I know . . . how can you pick just ONE favorite page? But, try your best . . . go through your favorites and pick JUST ONE to share. I promise, nobody will have their feelings hurt.

So, here is the one I've pulled from my favorites from 2008.

I just wish it were my page with my son in that mirror. I would have this one blown up and hanging in the house for all to see.

This is a tough one! So many great layouts that I've loved for so many reasons. This has to go as my fave though for the fun, funky, bold statement that it makes! I love the doodles and the sticker effect works brilliantly!

This is a VERY hard choice!! Especially becaause I KNOW there were some gems that got lost in August! I really loved so many, Cassie's "mind over matter" sticks in my mind but since it is out for pub, I chose an equally beautiful layout, by Joey...

okay - that was really hard - 18 pages of favorites and so very hard to choose just one....

but, this one by patriciaz I just LOVE it!!! so creative and inspiring!!

I looked at all my favorites and couldn't choose just one..there were too many I really love! There are tons of Janet's, KelliHawaii, Anke to name a few...it would have to be a 50 way tie....everyone has done such super stuff! So my vote goes to everyone!

This WAS a really hard decision....but after going through my faves folder 10x, I picked this LO by Fiona (aka-Applechick). I'm a HUGE fan of hers and have so many of her LO's in my faves folder.

Hands down this is my most favourite page for the year!! It's called 'g' by AmberR - I just love the sweet photos of Miss Georgia & all the bright colours she used.

Katrina, Thanks so much for choosing one of my layouts as your favorite. You are such a talented scrapper and I value your opinion so much. You have really made me happy.

I have been through my 20 pages of favorites several times and have quite a list of layouts that I love. I have to say that this one by Jazzmatazz is my favorite of the year. I have felt for a long time that if I am going to be a digital scrapper, I want to do things on my pages that traditional paper scrappers can't do. This layout named "Balance" is one of the first pages that got me thinking out of the box. I thank Tracy for the inspiration she is to me.

It is impossible to choose one layout as a favorite. And going through my favorites, I know that I miss a whole bunch (that were erased) - but there is one artist here that really stands out and I absolutely love her "different-ness", unique-ness and artistic qualities and talents - she has been mentioned already, whatnext is one of the MANY artists here at DD that always inspires me.

Okay, there's no way to choose one favorite! Ack! So, here's one of my favorites.

Debi's "today you" layout just speaks to me - the black background, the vivid picture, the patterned paper, and that it highlights all the things that happened to her daughter - just a slice of life at that moment. Love that!!

I love revisiting my favorites folder... and just about everyone pointed out here have been on my list and then a few I missed - love all this inspiration. And I LOVE this LO of Myra's - her little Jake has amazing eyes - and she captures them perfectly.... love her hertfelt journaling, too...

Like many of you, I have pages upon pages of favorites ... even with the deletions! ;-) Many of my favorites LOs and scrappers have already been named, but one scrapper I always enjoy is Kelly (aka mugsbigsis). One of my favorites of hers is "The Journey":



The quote, that fabulous perspective, the 3-D feel of the leaves ... WOW! I want to be right there!
