Unhappy Lightroom 2 Depth Issues?

OK- ladies please help me!

I have Lightroom 2 and I play with my photos and then I open them in CS and and I get the message: Target document is different depth than source document, this will result in lower than expected quality. And Boy Howdy, does it ever! Help!! How do I correct this? I LOVE the Aged Photo preset, but when I pull it into CS all the lovely pinks disappear...

Thank you for your help!

Ok, first off I will start with I really have no idea what I am talking about....That being said.
How are you getting them into PS? Are you right clicking on the photo and edit in PS?
Or are you saving then re-opening in PS?
I do know that when I right click/edit in PS that the .tiff images are 16 bit rather than 8 bit. You need to go to Image/Mode/8 bit then you should be able to put in a layout with no changes. **I think** Hope it helps a little.
