Default Shutterfly help

Like everyone else on Planet Scrapbook, I'm trying to get ready for a Christmas party and submit 2 books to Shutterfly!

Problem 1: I know I'm supposed to turn off some vivid color thing but can't figure out how to do that or where it's located.

Problem 2: I've never had trouble uploading photos, but when I hit the upload 'button' nothing happens--I'll contact Shutterfly as well.

Ho ho ho and thanks, thanks, thanks!!

Problem 1: turning off Vivid Pics

Here's what Katie said to do in another thread on this topic:
Quote:
If you click to edit your photos
then click on the tab for effects
on the left side you'll see a check box to turn off vivid pics
and then check the box to apply to all pictures in the album
so it applies the effect to all of your photos in that album!
2. Upload problem
I'm sure you are doing this, but, just in case, make sure you are trying to upload jpeg files.

I have had better luck using Firefox as my browser at Shutterfly.
