Default Year in Review Kits

I am thinking about buying the Year in Review layout by Katie Pertiet. I am new to this and was wondering if I purchase this if this is the only thing I needed...or is there other things I need to purchase? Trying to figure out costs.

Thanks!

You can leave it as is... or use embellishments/papers that you already have to add to it. The only additional cost would be to print it.

It's pretty much embellished enough to leave as is... I just added one of the papers from my stash as a different background for some months.

Sounds great! It was difficult to see if all the elements were included or not with the small photo.

I got the 2007 one last year and then added some elements to it, like a snowman in January and Halloween stuff in November.

I think I'm going to get the new one Katie did for this year.

I know this is an older post....but just wanted to add that I did purchase the kit that you were thinking about. I also purchased a coordinating paper kit pack (it had 10 papers). I made my background white, and then used the patterned papers for the foreground---which was approx. 1/2 of the page. I made albums for the grandparents and wanted something quick. This was perfect for me. I found that I did not need any additional embellishments...but added about 5 to the entire book! But it was not necessary. I actually made 48 pages in total. So far I'm thrilled...and hoping I'll be even more thrilled when I get the books in the mail!

Does anyone have both the Year in Review template and the Year by Year? I'm wondering what the difference is. From the layouts I've seen in the gallery, I think I'd prefer the Year in Review, but I'll be printing at 12x12 and I can't find anything that says what size it is. The Year by Year does say it's 12x12, so hopefully both are. Can someone help?

I think all the templates are 12X12 unless stated otherwise. I think their are some 8.5X11 but you can tell them apart since they aren't square

The templates are 12x12 and can be easily re-sized! HTH!
