Has anyone posted layouts to Facebook? - Digital Scrapbooking Community

I was just wondering if there is anything I should know... like do you need to resize or crop or anything else to make it work? Thanks!

I have posted LOs to facebook. I use the same sized LOs on facebook as I do on DD with no problems. HTH! Good luck!

I post lots of my layouts there and just use the same size I use for posting here!

Jumping on the bandwagon. I post my LOs in my albums with no problems and no resizing needed. How many on this group participate on Facebook?

I have a special album on my account just for digiscarp. I also post to the DSM gallery. They gave me a prize (8X8 album) for being (the first) LO of the week. They also decided to post the LO in the DSM magazine which was a huge treat. My first publication. I would highly recommend joining there group and posting. I'm not a fan of the CK website so the FB group is just the right size for me to play along and keep updated.

I forgot to mention that you can upload directly to Facebook from iPhoto. You have to download the plugin from Facebook.

I joined FB this time last year. My page is so dull and inactive. And I still get confused on how to work the darn site. But I'm playing and learning.
Just this week I decided to find friends, add pics and stuff. I found several people from here, including the DD group. My friend list is growing!
My niece and nephew think it's for high school/college kids and wonder what in the world am I doing on FB. I'm glad to find people my age are on there, with the same common interests. So if you've ever wondered about FB, join in!

I recently joined facebook and uploaded some of my layouts. I'm excited to learn that there is a DD group. Btw, I read on Anna's blog that she is also on FB.

Hiya, I didn't realise there was a DD facebook group, but then I've just found DD itself:lol:.

I've got an album on my page with favourite LOs, though I haven't updated it for about a year. I agree with Jeryn, the iphoto uploader is really useful. I just use the same file as I've uploaded to whatever online gallery I use.

I'm on facebook and I post my layouts all the time. I post the full size images actually and have had no difficulty. They have no limits. It is a great way for my friends and family to see my pages!
