Hi, can anyone help me? I have been trying for days to remember how I 'cut out' a nice wavy border .... I am going mad because I just can't get it to work!!!!!

I am using PSE 7, and the look I am trying to achieve, for example, is to cut out a nice scallop / wavy kind of border from one of my papers, and move it onto my layout', so it sits along the bottom of my layout, on top of another patterned paper, about an inch or two thick, if that makes sense?????

I have tried the pencil tool, but can't get it to 'cut' the paper, and have also tried the polygonal lasso, with limited success....

Please please can someone tell me if there is an easy way to do this?

Many thanks!
