WooooooHOOO!!! He won't be back home til early next week but at least he's left the country. After over 7+ years in the war zones since 9/11, I think - and pray - this will the final assignment for him. Whatever comes next, at least the family will be together.

His son, my eldest grandson's graduation is next weekend, and what a blessing to have all three generations present - graduate, father and grandfather. Til today. I had hoped to get my last page from the 2012 Italy trip done quickly but as I was almost done...that dreaded message saying PSE is unexpectedly shutting down. Grrrrrrrrr. :mad:

Guess who has not been diligent about saving ever other step lately??? Sigh...I guess I always have to learn by my mistakes. Fortunately I only had about 5 or 6 steps to recreate but I suppose I have to learn this every other year or so. The hard way.

I clicked the tab to view the error list and all of the listed are previews jpg. Not sure why these didn't embed while others did. Tried online chat with acdsee-I have given up with them. Does anyone who has acdsee get files that don't embed? How do you fix so they embed or do you just ignore. It also gives you an option to save them. Thanks!

Just got a mac and started tagging all my files in ACDSee 2 on my new mac. I wanted to back up the database. I did what I thought was correct...tools, back up database. But, it did not give me the back up wizard. Rather, it just asked me to name the back up and where to save it. I was never given the option of picking thumbnails or all the other options it usually gives you in the back up wizard. Once it was saved, I went to the file and I couldn't even open it.

Can anyone help? I want to make sure I'm doing this correct.
