• How can I select more than one layer to move in Paint Shop Pro?

You can link layers to have them move together on the image canvas when you move one layer with the Move tool. When you link layers, just assign each layer the same link number.

    To link layers
    1. On the Layers palette, select the layer you want to link, and click the Layer Link Toggle button on the Layers Panel (next to blend mode and opacity.)
    2. Click the Layer Link Toggle button to assign a number to the layer.
A number appears on the Layer Link Toggle button. Clicking the button increases the number, and right-clicking the button decreases the number.
    3. Select the layer that you want to link with the first layer.
    4. Clicking or right-click the Layer Link Toggle button to assign a number to the layer that matches the number of the first layer.

You can also assign a number to linked layers by double-clicking one of the layers, setting a value in the Link Set control of the Layer Properties dialog box, and clicking OK.

    To unlink layers
On the Layers palette, select the layer you want to unlink, and click the Layer Link Toggle button until a setting of None appears.

You can also double-click the layer to display the Layer Properties dialog box, and then set the value in the Link Set control to 0 and click OK.
