Occasionally a download is interrupted in transit, causing an empty file message. To solve the problem, delete the empty file and download it again.
Do the following items first before trying to download again:
Make sure that you have any firewalls temporally turned off (like Nortonís Internet or MacAfee).
Also, only use your browsers download feature and not a 3rd party download tool.
Make sure to run a virus scan on your computer.
Finally, make sure that you have the latest patches installed for your browser. We highly recommend FireFox (faster, more secure)
