Holiday Photography: The Feature

Write From The Heart

Send us your best journaling. Whether your words are funny, sentimental, heart-wrenching, unflinchingly honest, light-hearted, or any combination of the above, we want to see them. Your journaling can be short or long--as long as it reflects who you are and how you see the world. (Note: after layouts are resized to fit our pages, the journaling also needs to be legible, usually at least 10 pt.-size. Please, no cursive fonts.) Retype your journaling text in the box provided on the form.

[Focus on Photos

This issue, we want everyday photos. Send in candid photos that communicate your everyday life (a sleeping child or pet, your husband manning the remote control, you balancing a pile of shopping bags). We also want your best posed shots of things like cars, kitchen fixtures, television sets, rows of shoes in your child’s closet. Think: “what photographs do I wish my great-grandmother had taken and left for me?” Send them in!

Fast Album Formula

Have you discovered an easy, creative idea for a theme album? One that organizes your story in an inventive way, uses coordinated product, and employs the same design schemes throughout? Scan and send us 4–6 album pages (each file size must not exceed 100K), and tell us about your approach.
