you can use the same 'trick' for PS7—that's what I used to do before I got CS2. Also, after you rasterize the text, you can stretch the text out vertically {depends on the font, but usually about half to full-size vertical length}. This will keep your font from being distorted once you use the polar coordinate filter on it {since the polar coordinate filter will stretch your font horizontally to create the circle}.
